Creaking Seats when Braking

Hello,

I have an appt Saturday but maybe someone else has had this issue and can shed some light on it. I'll post up a followup assuming it does it at the dealership (hence the video).

Issue:
2014 TEP seat creaking when coming to a stop. doesn't really matter if it is slamming on the brakes vs sudden. Seems to happen more when its cool out but it happens in 80 deg too.

Note - yes the seat has some dust in it... black interior issues.

Mine made annoying squeaks and creaks in the rear seat whenever I had passengers sitting back there. Any time I made a turn, accelerated, or braked with passengers sitting back there the seats always made some noise. Took it into my dealer and they found that some plastic was rubbing against metal. I believe they padded the area with some felt. The told me they will replace my entire rear seat if my the noise comes back again.

Re: the rear seat, apparently this is a known issue as well and they "should" have that part in from last service.

My drivers seat also creaked but found that it only happened when the seat was as far back as it would go. If I adjusted the seat slightly forward the creaking didn't happen.
