Crown King - The Back Way

Got some fun 5th gen action in one of our latest videos. Still can't believe how capable our rig is after nearly 100k miles. So many mods done, so many more to go! Maybe real skid plates are next...

Very cool....

Thanks!

what are you doing different on the new trailer you are building?

There's a looong list of new things we are doing. Still the basic layout, but a lot of enhancements. I'll share more as we get closer to its debut.

Cool video! Good to see a fellow New Mexican out there wheeling.

Thanks! #newmexicotrue!

LifestyleOverland Go Vols! :hello:

Fellow Tennessee native!

Go... vols... poor guys. It's been a rough go for several years now. I spend my weekends wheeling and not much big orange watching :(

So question for OP, on those technical sections was that with bypasses or going up through some of the challenging areas?

I ran that route in my Jeep Wrangler Unlimited several years ago and was amazed at how straight forward it was with taking the bypasses. My buddy with me in a Tacoma at that point however commented on how much better condition the road was in than several months ago since it all depends on if you catch it after they've run a grader or not (and how much heavy rain/erosion there had been).

I've been thinking about running it with my 4Runner with a couple of folks I know who just got JKU Rubicons, but I'd honestly be worried about going up it without rock sliders (which are in my near future :)) seeing your video...
