Cruise control cable bolt size

Hello,
90 4Runner 3.0, the bolt that attaches the cable to the throttle body is missing. I went to toyota and they told me they had to buy a whole new throttle body just to replace the bolt. Long story short, I was wondering if anyone here new the size of that bolt so I could just buy one from a local store. Thanks in advance for any info you can provide.

It's either 6mm-1.0 thread or 8mm-1.25 thread
