Cruise Servo '94 4-R

I'm having an interesting time trying to figure out the cruise control system in my '94 4-Runner. I want to check the vacumn lines. Recently I have been working on a '89 Riviera. Compared to that 3800, the vacumn lines in this 3.0 looks like a plate of spaghetti. Is this a servo system? Where is the dang thing?

Follow-up

Well, I located it and realized that it is an actuator device. (Printed right on the side of it.)
