Cupping of DS front tire.

I bought some new tires last fall and something is cupping the DS Front tire on the inside of the tread pattern. Front end aligned, all components check out fine, and shocks are ok. First tire cupped pretty bad, rotated at 5k and shimmy disappeared. That was when it was aligned. Now tire has 6k on it and is cupped. Only on the one side. The only front end problem is rotor shake when heated up in town. Any thoughts??

inflation pressure?

I presume all 4 tires at same air pressure?

What PSI are you running on what kind of tires?

I am running 38 lbs in all 4, checked them today when I rotated. I was told camber may be out and had it aligned last rotation trying to fix problem. 6k later, same problem as last. No pics, not bad enough to show up on camera, you can feel as you run hand over tire. It is on inner 1/4 of tread but no abnormal wear other than the cupping. It was starting to vibrate again in the 60-70 mph range.

All steering components are sealed and dry, no rips and tears.

Check the ball joint where the rack and pinion piston connects to the tie rod if the boot has a small tear or rip in it it could be letting dirt and water in and wearing that ball joint out, thats what happened on the pass. side of my tacoma and it only gets worse
