Custom Bumper For A 1995 ideas!

how is it going fellas?
just actually joined today.
i have a serious idea that im going to do soon
just to try out.
i would like to find out, if i can, in fact just possibly purchase
this from somewhere or if im gunna have to build it.
and if so what kind of steel should i get and how thick of sheet metal for the skid plating.

pic is just about what i am looking to do.
i understand that its a 2nd gen truck but when im dealing
with front bumpers im sure its virtually the same.

For a bumper i would use 1 3/4 .120 wall DOM and nothing else, that is if you want it to take abuse?

Also, welcome to the forum.

punishment of course.

so i'll be able to nerf other trucks and the occasional object in the road with that?
and what about the sheet metal? should i just do 1/8th inch plate or somthing like that?

I rail a ton of stuff with my bumber and it is 1 3/4 .120 wall DOM, no issue's yet. I'm not sure about the sheet metal.
