Custom Bumper Ideas - Feedback Wanted

Cut the Bumper. Removed the wiper fluid reservoir. Secured the wheel well liners. Now I have to figure out the bumper.

My plan is to have a skid plate that will start between the tow loops in lower front and go up to the bottom of the remaining OEM bumper. The new bumper will be made of tube and I plan to have one tube that runs the width of the existing OEM bumper. I haven't decided if this tube will be concealed behind the existing bumper or just below it.

Any input or pictures of other peoples creations would be appreciated.

Were you able to hook both pumps up to it?

I only hooked up the front. I've owned the rig for a year and never used the back sprayer. You could probably take a pump from the oem unit and install it as the second pump. You just have to cut a hole in the reservoir. Someone else on this forum did it.

Gotcha. Here in Northern Michigan I have to use the rear one, especially this time of year. I get tons of snow, rain, dirt crap off the roads all over my back window, especially now with my big tires and lack of mud flaps. :rockon:
Maybe I'd just get two of those tanks with how small they are and put one pump in each.

There's an amazing build on one of those here, he did some crazy custom fab work including a front bumper pretty similar to what you're going for.
