Pics of Trimmed Factory Front and Rear Bumpers

I would like to get some ideas for trimming the factory front bumper. Any extra clearance that doesn't break the bank would be useful to me.
Here are a few that I found around... Please add anyones that I have missed.

Center section gutted and trimmed.

Cut high above the factory fog lights.

These are trimmed right below the fog lights. I suppose you could do this without the additional skid.

Nice pics, makes me realize I need better ones of mine!

Trimmed the sides and below the fog lights to give me some more clearance. So far I haven't had any issue's with it and it greatly helps me get a tire up on rocks and such without hitting the bumper cover.

Doubt it. I haven't seen anyone do this as of yet. I really like it, especially with the new tires. I should take some new ones so it's more accurate.

That was some EPIC work right there. Never seen anything like it actually. Thanks for the link. Way beyond anything I would do but impressive fab work for sure.

Took about an hour with a dremmel and cutting wheel. Safety glasses is a must.

Man I wish I had an early bumper the 06+ is just so much harder to trim and make look good.

Seeing pics of those old BFG's I had on my truck reminded me of how much I HATED those tires! and they look like crap.. Glad I have the Hankook MT's now!!! :reddance:

@ tman and original.. You guys have a side shot of thw whole 4runner? I just trimmed up my front bumper aimilar to you guys but left it straight across and didnt taper the flare up higher.. Curious what it looks like before i keep cutting

Post pics when you can. Debating doing something like this or just doing a NWTI Weld together kit...

Still need to use a belt sander to make it perfectly straight.. It was a free mod to fit the 255s with just a 1.75 front lift and no rubbing even under flex now. so im happy for now until i can do front and rear bumpers
