hey man i made mine out of 2x6 tube and tapered it in and bent it around. i have some build pics on the little photo bucket thing. my uncle liked it and im going to build him one to out of 2x8 tube. he has a 2nd generation and if u wait and see that when i get done it might give you some better ideas. only if your like this style

my uncle is a machinest. he works with metal all day i gave him some cash and he hooked me up. but look at a metal shop maybe even ask your local hardware store where you could find some. or google maps???
