Custom Front Bumper

Hey, me and my dad have been designing a bumper the past couple of months and im wondering if you guys like it or not :yo:

Not bad. You must have access to a cnc plasma or laser table to make all those cutouts? That sure helps speed things up.

Through welded recovery points? What thickness of steel will you be using? Screenshots of the backside?

The radius's on the hoop tube look a little sharp to be realistic, just double check the die sizes available.

The wing corners look a little sharp but that is purely aesthetic nit-picking.

Nice job though, looks at least as good as any of the available aftermarket ones.

I made my own bumper so check it out in my build thread if you haven't already if you need some more ideas.

I do have access to a plasma table at the shop i am working at currently!

The recovery points will be welded onto the gussets in the center box. I will be using 10ga for the outside shell and 3/16 for the inner structure.

We just threw the hoop on to see what it would look like and we are just going to wing it for the most part!

I have also been following your thread and you and a couple of the other forum members have inspired me to start doing it!
