Custom Storage/Interior Organization Accessories

I am thinking about building an interior rack or console for the rear cabin of my 02'. But i need some ideas. If anybody has built anything that is similar, id love to take a look and get some ideas.

Who makes it? How much weight will it cary on top?

I do not own it. If I were to get one, I would probably get that one though. A custom one would be ideal, but I think it would be too heavy for my liking. I think I read somewhere that it could hold 200lbs or so on top.
