For around 220 a set shipped.

I will post up install and drive review before promoting it. Can't tell you guys they're great without driving on them.

Please educate me and probably many others, what are the benefits of a wheel and hub centric spacer?

Aren't spidertrax both wheel and lug centric as well? Also, do you own a duc streetfighter also?!

okay smartasses

Spidertraxx $125 for 2 = 250 without shipping

it started with calling them, and i said so these are hub centric? the guy said yes...but not wheel centric.

I said huh?

The spacer that bolts on to the truck hub is lug centric.

The wheel that bolts onto the spacer is centric (hub centric)

its only machined to fit flush on one side.

These are machined on both sides

For $50 less.

Interesting. I haven't seen them for 125 anywhere. Even 4wheelparts has them for 99. Do they look any different than regular spidertrax? I'd bet it's a pretty small difference in tolerance. How do you like them so far?

This from the spidertrax website. I think you've been had...

"In addition, each wheel spacer is both wheel & hub centric for a perfect OEM fit. Proudly manufactured in the United States of America."

You've been had Streetfighter, or you just don't know how to use Google properly. I can't even find Spidertrax anywhere for $125. And as michaelreed pointed out it states it right on the website that they are both hub and wheel centric. You could have even asked here on the forum and we would have helped you out, and you would have saved some money. Enjoy your "custom" knock off's.

I don't know why everyone seems to be bashing this guy. Maybe he didn't do his research properly and might have had an unnecessary remark here and there, but can't we just hope for his sake and his Runner that they aren't knock offs and are just as durable as the Spidertrax?

Hope they fit and work properly!

Probably cause he called everyone smartasses even when he proved to be the largest himself. I do agree with you in that I hope his spacers are as safe as the Spidertrax though.

As a side note, with safety being an issue... When I ran spidertrax, one of them came "loose" after about 2 years even with loc-tite And ruined the lugs/ holes in one of my stock rims... Good thing I had the spare rim, Make sure those suckers are tight, especially because they probably are knock off and who knows what could go wrong with them manufacturing wise or if there "balanced" correctly :keyboard:

I notice a lot of people run 1.25" spacers, even with aftermarket UCAs. Kind of curious why this is. Are you just trying to look cooler/wider? It seems that if you are actually going to take it away from the mall, you would want the wheels/tires to stuff in the wells better. Just curious...

I run wheel spacers and wheel the heck out of my rig. My 4runner has the bigger sport fender flares and when wheeling, it's nice to lean out the window and see the tire for placement on rocks and such. Also lifting the rig raises the CG and the spacers widen the stance for better stability when off chamber.

Also, the wheels fill the wheel wells better so it looks cool.

Those look like the new B.O.R.A. spacers. However, due to the price you mentioned, i'm assuming they are not.

The BORAs seem to be gaining populatiry over on TacoWorld (Short review HERE). Possibly here as well, not sure as I haven't been on here in a while. They appear to be made of similar quality to the Spidertrax, look better (never been a fan of the blue), and are offered in more sizes (0.75" - 2"). The sizing options is a huge advantage IMO. I've been wanting for a hub-centric 1" spacer for a while, so these may fit the bill if/when I decide to go that route. [/Thread HiJack]
