Yes. They are different part numbers.

Yes there are 2 different seals for the CV's I'll post a pic. The top two are them, the "thicker" one is the passenger side (it has a wider flange).
BTW, the other 2 things are the knuckle seals which are on the inside of the steering knuckle, in case you ever need those part numbers. Some guys have had those tear when removing an axle for replacement or re-booting.
Another thing. In your pic, the axle looks like it's not far enough in the differential. That will cause a leak. here is a pic of how it should look.
It's the other side, but both of those dust shrouds should look similar when installed.

I'm in middle of doing mine too, ripped passenger side axel seal pulling axel out, waiting on slide hammer from harbor freight to pull it, mines stuck well. I'm debating if I should change the inner wheel seal, it is worn but I noticed the cv axel has a seal and dust cover on that side...it seems like a pain ta pull it and mess with it...what do u guys think? since I'm replacing my axles I diddnt worry about damage to them during removal, if your keeping yours then be carefull, their hard to pry out.
