Anyone know where I can get the inner metal clips that seal the CV boot to the rod? Mine are now missing.
Can I just use a hose (worm gear) clamp on it?

Mine didn't go "missing" but the boot started leaking even with the clamps in place. I bought replacements at an auto parts store (Carquest; like a NAPA.) Others have used a worm gear clamp but they are actually wider than the slot in the boot. I'll bump the thread (if I can find it) with the pic of the clamps I used.

I swear mine where on, but took it in to the dealer because my SRS (airbag) light came on and they looked over the rest and said my CV books where cracked, told them to not to replace them. So I look edafter I got home (was in hurry to get the hell out of the dealership) and now the clamps are missing!

These clamps don't just come off on their own. Looks like they were starting the repair before you even authorized it.
Are the boots actually cracked? If not, take it back and politely ask them to put on new clamps since they removed the old ones. I would also ask why they started work they weren't told to do? How much grease escaped?

I agree, but I tracked down some clamps (found out they are called bands) at the parts store $4 bucks a pair, going to do that. The time and effort to got back to the dealer ship is not worth it.

mine are missing too
Dealership said my CV boots separate from both axles and spilled grease everywhere. They wanted to replace both of them. I told them not to touch it. When I went home and checked, the inner CV boots are definitely separated but the clamps are missing on both sides. How does that happen? Can the clamps just fall off? On both sides too?

The clamps may be there but just covered with grease and dirt. Take a rag and wipe the grease away.
My front Drivers side was leaking, I thought the clip was missing. Picked up a generic one from Carquest for a couple of dollars. Started cleaning up the mess, the old one was still on there, had just loosened up some.
Replaced it with the new one, so far it has not been leaking.
