I was looking under the runner after changing the oil and noticed tons of grease every where on both sides, therefor I thought i tore the boots and looked at em and there was no tear anywhere? Any suggestions...

After a lift being installed, the boots sometimes get pulled and the grease sneaks out from under the end of the boots. Usually the inner boots.
The easy fix? Snip off the stock band clamp and install a couple of small hose clamps as shone here http://www.toyota-4runner.org/3rd-gen-t4rs/90980-stretch-your-cv-boots.html
If you still have the original boots, they can crack from the old age too.
