CVT roof top tent annex questions

Most of the pics I see online show the annex as 3 sided, and the side facing the vehicle is open. The Tepui photos I've seen are enclosed on all 4 sides.

Are the annex rooms on CVT tents (specifically the Shasta with extended annex) able to be fully enclosed? Any photos would be appreciated.

I don't have a photo, but yes the annex on my Shasta is fully enclosed. My dogs sleep down there.
