Dallas area 4runner knowledgeable mech that makes housecalls?

Hi guys,

I've been looking for a 4runner for a little while now and think I have found a great one down in Dallas. I live in Colorado, so I'm trying to find someone knowledgeable in 4runners to swing by and take a look at it.. Buying site unseen is kinda making me a bit nervous.

Does anyone know of a mechanic around there that performs this kind of service? I'd love to have someone go by and check it out! There's only so much one can glean from quick emails and pics. Any recommendations would be most appreciated.

When I bought my 67 Impala Convertible online, I paid a certified mechanic / appraiser to check it out. I found one through Hemmings Motor News. I did this twice before finding the "right" car for me.

I then flew to Minnesota, bought the car and drove it home to Florida with no issues.

I live here in the Dallas area and would be glad to go look at it, although I am no mechanic. I do know certain things to look for though regarding typical leaks, timing belt change, etc... Let me know where it is located and I will see if I can fit it in.
