Damn you DST - something isn’t updating

I’ve looked up threads on this and I think I did it correctly but gps still shows incorrect time.

I went into setup-general-system time, I’m in SoCal so it’s set to pacific and daylight savings is checked.

If I uncheck it gps arrival times are correct. But I shouldnt have to check and uncheck this box every time we do a time change right ?

What am I doing wrong ?

You're doing nothing wrong.

DST has ended, so you need to uncheck the button.

When it begins again, you check it.

Ok I get it but I also don’t get it. I don’t see anywhere on the Entune display that shows the time of day and if gps is syncing from sat’s then why do we have the dst button ?

GPS time is just a counter that is converted to UTC, it doesn't know or care about if it's DST. You also don't want to hard code DST because not everywhere follows DST and the DST dates can change.
