Hello !
I got my 4runner trd pro a few weeks ago, I just didn't have the chance to post some pics of it. I've already done a few mods to it. Nothing too major or anything that you guys aren't already familiar with, but I'll include them anyways. The forum has already been a big help so far, and I have enjoyed looking through everything. Lots of great modification ideas! I'll be getting the Gobi roof rack with the led light bar, TRD intake, and oil catch soon. Here is what i already have done to it. Painted calipers orange to match the truck, added husky all weather mats front and back and the OEM mat for the sliding cargo, HID low beams 4300, vinyl wrapped the factory roof rack matte black, Hardwired my radar detector to the rear view mirror, TRD oil cap, Waiting on my hardwire kit to hardwire my dash cam, I did a paint correction to the paint and i did a few coats of cquartz. That's all i did so far to it, more coming soon :D I edited the pics of it a little bit but they look great.

welcome!!!

thats a nice looking runner, and in Houston. Get a T4R.org sticker already so when i see ya i can honk and wave :hello: haha.

Can't wait to see what you do next!

Also, darklights1, did you put HIDs in your halogen projectors? I may be wrong but thats how it sounds... Im no HID expert but thats kind of a no-no... Friends dont let friends, put HIDs in halogen projectors (also known as PnP HIDs).

Check out this thread on Hidplanet for more information:

HID bulbs in halogen projector

hopefully you dont blind me or i might never be able to see you driving around! :tsk:

Hmm yes I put HIDs in the halogen projectors. I've been putting them in every car I've owned over the years and never had an issue. I didn't get super extra bright ones. They are the factory brightness and 35w. Hopefully I'm not blinding anyone.
Hope I see some more forum members around Houston in the future. Already working on getting the stickers.
I also swapped my reverse lights for led lights today.

Found a place called Sugar Hill. They're located on Bissonet, just west of Kirkwood. It's $10/person. Im planning on going soon :D

Hey man, does the caliper paint match really well? It's hard to tell from the pictures. And if so, where did you get it. I would love to steal that one from you man...
