Like many, my AC backlights are dead so I'm looking to replace them. I want to make them blue and I've read you can use LEDs for this. Can someone help me with what sizes I need for all 4 AC lights (and what stores may have these). I also want to make all the green lights around the speedometer blue as well, is there a thread anywhere detailing how to change those and what sizes I need?
Though before I go taking the panel off from around the stereo I have a concern. When I installed the head unit you see in the picture, I had a hard time getting the panel back in place. Where the clip is that I circled in red was the biggest pain, and it seemed I was wearing down the clip and the spot to insert it, so I was afraid of hurting it more. If anyone has had any similar issues it'd be nice to hear a fix. thanks!
Also forgot to ask, if I'm gonna use LED's will the dash dimmer still change the brightness of the lights?
