Dash Removal 3rd Gen 4runner

I am looking to paint/dye my dash from the stock tan color to a black color where all the wood trim will become white. To do this i need to be able to remove the ENTIRE dash, not just the center part. Does anyone know how to do this, and is willing to explaing to me how. Also, if someone knows how to remove the headliner that information would be much appreciated as well ... thanks
