Daystar 2.5 reassurance

I ordered a daystar 2.5/2 spacer kit for suspension connection for $143.99 (lowest price i could find) I recieved it a couple of days ago and i just wanted a little clarification that i recieved the correct kit.

I ordered the 4 pc kit with the front topout spacer and the rear coil spacer, i took measurements and i got:
the front topout measured to be 1.5" (supposed to lift 2.5")
the rear coil spacer was 2.25" (lift 2")

I just wanted some reassurance that this will give me a 2.5/2 lift on my '03

I just went out and measured my front space an it measures in at 2", not sure about the rear.

Edit: A second set of hands and the needed tools are a big help. Noticed you are going to put an FJ set up under your t4r. Are you gonna go ahead and install the FJ parts now or later?

Are you measuring where the coil actually will sit in the spacer, or are you measuring the taller outside height of the spacer. The 4 pc kit typically gives 2.5" front and 1.5" rear lift, the older 6pc kit I am running gave 3" front and 1.5" rear.

I plan on just installing everything at the same time. I bought stock 4th gen struts with the FJ springs already installed on eBay.

Are you measuring where the coil actually will sit in the spacer, or are you measuring the taller outside height of the spacer. The 4 pc kit typically gives 2.5" front and 1.5" rear lift, the older 6pc kit I am running gave 3" front and 1.5" rear.

Im just measuring the height of the actual spacer

Hopefully this clears up your confusion a little bit...

Due to the geometry of the front suspension, a lift will yield a rough 2:1 ratio. A 1" spacer will net 2" of lift. a 1.5" spacer will yield about 3" of lift. The rear spacers will lift at a 1:1 ratio because of the live axle. If you had an actual 3" puck to on top of the strut, you'd never get it in place!

Also expect your spacers to settle a bit. When I did mine, it settled about a 1/4-1/2" up front and about 1/4" in the rear. This seems to be the case will the all top out spacers vs. the old preload/top out setup.
