Daystar KT09117BK 1" Front Spacer Kit

I just ordered one of these kits from Amazon, shipped for $6.99

Not even sure I'm going to install it, but compared to listed prices, it was 1/5 the next lowest.

This is for a 07 4Runner Limited Edition with stock Michelin tires.

Would like to have the front a bit more level.

Anyone else have any comments/review of this kit? Is it worth installing. Note, this isnt for off roading, more for the looks. Will this help improve handling any on the road?

There are many people on here running the Daystar products. They are a low budget solution for lift. Being low budget, they aren't the "best", but there really is nothing wrong with them. They're excellent for the price and serve their purpose well. Especially if you're not off roading a lot, the Daystar isn't a bad kit at all. I'd install it personally, but that's me. As far as ride, it really isn't suppose to change the ride at all (you'll feel higher, but not a worse/stiffer ride). From what I've gathered on the Daystar kits, that is 1 inch of material, and you should expect close to two inces of lift. I started to get that same spacer, but I really need 1.5-1.75 (any more could cause issues with my rear air suspension). I say give it a shot, you can always take it off if you aren't happy.
 
I have daystars leveling kit on mine, not sure if it's the same one you listed. I found lot threads by searching on the board. As for the daystar setup, does what it needs to for me and I'm not wheeling it anywhere except maybe a dirt road to trail head. I ordered mine from Wheelers Offroad.
 
Thanks for the input guys. I just thought, for $ 7 this was too good to pass up. Figured, I'll learn something in the process, and it wouldnt cost an arm and a leg.
 
The material used in the Cornfed is "better". The material in the Daystar is sufficient it seems. One thing to remember: nearly all manufacturers list the amount of lift gained, EXCEPT Daystar. So, the Cornfed 1" lift is a 1/2" spacer and gives 1" of lift. However, the Daystar is a 1" in thick spacer that yeilds ~2" of lift. Damn I missed it too. I spend more on lunch every day that what the OP got for his Daystars. I need to spend more time on Amazon looking out for deals on Daystars!
 
I might have killed it for you guys tbh. They had 2 for that price, I did the quick 2 day order but it defaulted to the wrong address, so cancelled that one, and then the total was down to 1.. which I purchased and directed to the correct address.
The 1 that came back, came in at 39
