Daystar leveling kit--need longer studs??

I bought the 1" leveling kit off of MAC4runner, but I dont have longer studs for the top plate. Question is...do I need them? There are recesses in the spacer, but does it go on top of the coil stack or inside the coil stack?

If I need the bolts, does anyone have them? for sale?
