daytime headlights wont turn off...

Hey anyone else have this problem? Supposedlt you can turn off your daytime headlights if you are in park and pull the e brake. But mine stay on...

I am fairly certain that once the truck is running and the DRL's come on the only way to turn them off is to turn the truck off. I don't know about the autos, but on my 5 speed if the ebrake is on when I start the truck the DRL's don't come on until I release it, otherwise they come on right away. But if I reapply the ebrake the DRL's do not turn off until I turn off the truck.

I have an auto and it is the same for me. Ther is no way to turn them off.
