Daytime running lights?

Just noticed today the 2001 4Runner DRLs didn't automatically turn on. The headlights work like normal just the automatic DRLs won't turn on anymore. Is this a DRL module issue or should I diagnose something else first? Thanks so much!

check your connection, pull out the volt meter and start poking around figure out how it works with the module plugged in, unplugged and wires jumped with module unplugged. Good luck!
