Lol. You'd be right! I'm actually glad it got delayed. If it was on today, I wouldn't be able to see any of it. I'm pulling for Jr. His pops was my favorite driver. Plus it's been a while since he's been in the winners circle. Other than that, maybe a no namer. Always cool to see an underdog win.

I'm always game to see some newer driver get the surprise win, like Bayne last year--as long as it's not some fluke crap like the Nationwide race (11th place wins because everyone else crashes!). I was kinda hoping Logano would've been tearing it up by now, but he just can't seem to adjust to the Cup cars. And hopefully no rain-shortened results--there should be a big-ole asterisk on the trophy when that happens!

That's what I hear. I watched the first lap/crash and then headed to the gym hoping to catch the end when I got home.
To this day, the only Daytona 500 I've watched from beginning to end was the 2001. Best/worst race I've ever seen. Michael trying to win his first, Dale protecting him in the rear and Darrell in the booth completely abandoning impartial announcing and just rooting for his son. And then the finish....
Still gives me chills thinking about that race.
