I absolutely hate this dealership, they are over priced, sneaky, con artists who pray on the elderly, and have poor poor business skills. they are a low rent dealership that makes people hate dealerships!
Central Florida Toyota was great, I ended up buying my 4runner from them, and actually couldn't be happier, they worked w/ me on the price, and promised me floor mats, and I received exactly what they said they would.
back to Daytona, I went there for crush washers for my oil changes and was completely ignored. I walked out, there were 7, yes 7 people standing around jabber jawing and no one willing to help, or even make eye contact, or say "i'll be with you in a minute.", and because it's the only Toyota dealership around I called to have them program my key fob so all doors open on 1 click, nobody knew what I was talking about, then I was transfered to someone who said, I'm not sure, I can appreciate his honesty, I said how about you find out and call me back, he said sure, haven't heard from him, this is now 5 hrs ago.
the only way they stay in business is charging the elderly for things that don't need to be replaced or serviced. it's a damn shame, I almost didn't buy a 4runner because I knew I'd have to deal with them, that's how bad they are.
