DDM Tuning shipping

What is the average time that it has taken people to get their purchases from DDM Tuning? I ordered my Xenon fog lights 2 weeks ago and I have still not received my lights. I called them today and talked to customer service and they told me that they cant find any tracking info and will have to research it. Anyone ever had this issue with them?

Yeah its still on the Chinese Junk in the Pacific.

They seriously take a long time from my experience. If they've already taken your money hopefully you've got the receipt.

yea that is some bull if you ask me, and for them to not even know the status when I call doesn't speak to well for them in my book. Probably wont ever be purchasing anything from them ever again.

took 3 weeks for me. but those damn HID kits just would not stay on. they would be on again, off again no matter how much i tinkered with them.

alot of people (many of my friends included) have had great experiences with the DDM kits and say they've never given them any problems. one of my friends has a DDM kit in his camry for 3-4 years now and never once have they given him any problems

BUT for me, they just kept either turning on or off. I compared my DDM ballast with my friend's (camry) DDM ballast he got a few years back and mine looks straight up like made in china crap that looked really weakly made. Seems like their quality has really gone down since then.

I ended up getting rid of the DDM kits on craigslist and getting a set from xenon depot (vendors on this site). They were a bit more expensive, but I haven't once had any problems whatsoever with that set. I would recommend those that are considering DDM kits to go elsewhere, spend a bit more money and get a more reliable, trusted product.

Seriously their kits are no different than the eBay generics you get now for $30. Literally. I took one apart once and the guts were identical.

they're a lot different than any ebay kit i've purchased. Huge difference in quality on the ones i receives as well as a power relay which came with it.

About 5-6 years ago, DDM used to be based out of, and shipped from California. Well they have since outsourced and now ship from China.. It used to take 3-4 days when getting their HID Kits, and now takes about a month..
Yes, they are slow to ship but a legit company and product nonetheless..
