Deal or no deal?

After looking a few weeks for a 4th Gen I've found one that I'm considering buying. I wanted a V8 4x4 and came across a 2003 SR5 with 141k miles for $8400. Leather seats have a few bad spots but seat covers will fix that. Checked Carfax and it shows to have been a 1-owner with no accidents reported. All things considered (if everything works like it should) would this be a good deal? I haven't looked at it in person but plan on it this week.

Yes it's a deal.

V8s with 120k on them are going for 10-12k from 03-05 around here. If the timing belt has been done, I'd say it's a hecka-deal.

I have an 03 Limited V8 with 141K on it and I would not think of selling it for $8400. Mine is in good shape, not excellent. Just trying to provide a point of reference.
