Dealer Advertising Expense

I know Toyota gives dealerships 2% of base MSRP (not including destination charge) dealer holdback on each sale. I also know Toyota gives the dealerships 1% of base MSRP (not including destination charge) wholesale financial reserve on each sale. Does anybody know what Toyota charges dealerships for dealer advertising expense on each sale? Is the amount of advertising expense also a percentage of base MSRP not including destination charge?
