Dealer Installed or Option?

Quick question, do the 4Runners come with the Cargo Cover or does the dealer put it in after? What about Wheel Locks? When I went by the dealer after work because they called saying it came in today in the afternoon it looked like it didn't have either on or in it yet. The Wheel Locks are on my purchase order so I am thinking they'll put them on at the dealer - the Cargo Cover I thought was included but perhaps not? I never asked for the Cargo Net either but that was already in a package in the trunk and I know thats listed as an accessory on the toyota website.

Those are dealer options to buy. I didnt get either one of them.

In the Southeast wheel locks are a port installed option. I imagine the port or the dealer could put them on and the cargo cover as well for the same $.

Regarding cargo cover--we had one on our Highlander and not once did we use it.
