Dealer oil

I don't live in US, that's why I'm asking.

What oil are dealers using from your experience?

Is there some kind of "genuine" toyota oil like this?

TOYOTA CASTLE MOTOR OIL SM 5W-30, 4L [08880-09105] : JAYTEC, Total technical support for those who values quality...

I have no idea what kind of stores you have available but I'd like to think you can find a place to buy some other oil cheaper and better. If not, then stick with the Toyota oil and try to pick it up on sale. Here in the US we have so many options that most people are totally confused.

Different areas around the world use different local distributors. They just take oil off the shelf and put a Toyota label on it. This is the stuff in the bottle sold at the dealer.

Its very likely the the dealer uses bulk oil sold in large drums and this brand is not usually a secret. My nearest Toyota dealership uses Chevron oil and its one of the best oils available. Another dealer a little farther away uses Penzoil and another appears to use Toyota oil. For my Hyundai the dealer uses Kendall semi synthetic oil.

Different countries have different rules on motor oil so its very likely any oil with the Toyota label comes from an oil company inside your country.
