Dealer Service Operation Codes

Hello, newer owner of a 2003 Sport and the previous owner was the service manager of the Toyota dealership of where I bought it.

Well the dealership just sent me all the service records, but I am having a hard figuring them out. Does anyone know where I can look up the "Operation Codes" to see what these numbers and brief descriptions really mean?

For example:
- 60LEZ Sublet Repair
- 07TOZ Exhaust
- 16TOZ Body/Electrical

I know this is 15 years too old, but I also would like to know the source for all the Toyota service OpCodes. I have full records from the dealership, but need to de-code them
