Death by spacers?

I am considering adding an inch or two with spacers but I am not sure of the side effects. Will I get reduced handling? Very top heavy? Reduced MPG's? Thanks in advance!!

Its waay worse than that!!

The problem with anyone who has added "an inch or two" is that the modding never stops!

then it becomes bigger Wheels and Tires, then more lift to get rid of rubbing, then offroad bumpers and Rock sliders, then roof racks and led lighting inside and out!

its waay worse than that... by the time you are done, your 4runner might get 12 mpg which is where I think Me and LINY4runner are at!!

seriously though, No, no trouble with top heaviness, but if you put bigger tires on there your gonna tank your MPG's but keep in mind that if you add an Inch or two, you really, prob wont just stop there. Can you eat just one Lays potato chip??

It is like a serious addiction, ....., I added the wheel spacers, have a little rubbing, so that leaves me no choice - I have to go get a damn body lift, hacks me off. Oh well, ....., lets see, then with the body lift, there will be too much space and it won't look right, ....., bigger tires then, another problem to have to deal with, darn.

Bigger tires, not enough power, now I gotta get a Cold air intake and TRD Supercharger
