Death Wobble...HELP!!!

Glad to finally be a 4runner owner! I've got a 1985 22RE 5 speed. 36" IROKs, huge lift, welded rear, custom front bumper w/ winch, just to name a few of the mods. However I have a problem. At around 35mph, sometimes the truck will start wobbling pretty bad. At lower speeds and higher speeds the problem does not exist. I thought getting an alignment and rotating the tires would remedy the problem, but it didn't help. I also noticed that when looking head on, the passenger side has a pretty noticeable lean. What would cause that? I'm not really familiar with wrenching on trucks, more so with euro tuners...but am anxious to learn. Any help on narrowing down this problem is much appreciated.

Welcome.

It looks like you have a bit of body lift on there. Do you know if you have lift blocks on it as well? Check to see if a leaf or more in your leaf springs are broken, check the U bolts for loose nuts or damage. If you have body lift check all of the spacer locations on the cab etc to see if any are missing, damaged or the bolts are loose
When it is death wobbling does it only happen while on or off throttle?

Start checking the front end for worn or loose parts - TRE's, shocks, steering box, frame cracked at steering box, steering arms. Check the wheel bearings, trunion bearings, etc.
