debadging and resale

I have been considering debadging my 05 SE. Any issues when you go to sell it? Wouldn't most used car buyers be looking for the badges? What about dealers at trade in?

On my last car, dealer did not care when I traded in.

If you don't break anything, you can rebadge.

I doubt it would affect resale through a personal transaction and the dealer can rebadge it for next to nothing.
