Decoding manufacture tag on fire wall

Hey guys I'm trying to decode the fire wall tag of a 1986 4x4 pu maybe someone knows what KH11 trim code is?? 138KH11 g292 w56

I know that the 138 is gray metc paint the g292 is a 4.10 gear ratio and the w56 is a 5 speed trans but...the KH11? JT4RN67S3G0 is the VIN
