Demello Flat Top bumper - heavy!

I just got this thing delivered and can't wait to put it on, however it's around 175lbs! There is no way I can lift this thing myself (all at once anyway). How did ya'll do it? I mean, I can get creative by stacking stuff, but I was wondering if there is an easier way..

I've used a cherry picker (engine hoist), forklift, friends and family, come-along secured to the garage door frame, the winch in the bumper I was removing, and adjustable saw horses to R&R bumpers. The engine hoist is probably the safest and easiest.

a floor jack works as well with some bumpers

A friend or two is the only way to go. The problem mounting bumpers it is hard to find a good center to balance the weight and be able to move it get it into place. With that much weight it doesn't take much to easily scratch any paint it comes in contact with along with some nasty dents or worse crushing a body part if it slips off a jack or jack stand. Be very careful until it is firmly secured. I cover areas where the bumper might hit with towels and lots of tape.

I ordered one too and thought the bumper was 95lbs.

Pretty sure it's not 175 pounds....Demello's are thin and light
