Dent Repair

Hello, after 7 years I now have a minor dent and scuff in my driver side rear door. Probably the once in 100 times that I actually parked by someone.

Anyway- I don’t think I can buff the scuff out but in certain light you can see the dent- it’s very minor. Pics attached. What can I use to at least correct the dent?

Here's how I addressed the large dent in the bed of my pickup. It's been there for 40 years.

Go to a car dealership and ask for "the dent guy."

They will push out the dent from the inside of the panel.

Thanks- I’ll wait for my next oil change. I know there are dent tools out there but was curious if anyone had any T4R.Org secret tricks. Maybe I’ll get lucky and they’ll do me a solid.

The trick is to use the grommets for electrical wiring and go from the INSIDE to pop the dent, I guess you could use a dido with a really strong suction cup to try to pull it from the outside (no, really, there's a video of it).

I'd second the suggestion to use a pro. The last one I had done I think I paid about $50. They did a better job than I could ever hope to on my own. It's not as easy as you might think to do well. And they also buffed the paint.
