Denver visit in September

I'll be in Denver the second week of September (6-11th-ish) with the wife and kids to visit the inlaws and would love to take my 3rd gen up into the mountains one of those days. Is anyone game to take us up and show us around for a day trip?

I'm running a SS 7.2 lift with cooper discoverer at3s and should have my rock sliders on by then as well, to give you a feel for what my truck can handle.

Lock Lomond

You should check out Loch Lomond. It is the Fall River Road exit, take it all the way up to Alice Road which turns into Steuart Road. Great trail, AWESOME scenery.

Thanks for the replies, guys. Loch lomond looks awesome and might be a winner, although I'm thinking I might be up for something a little more challenging, like a 3-4 out of 10. I want to let my truck stretch her legs a bit with the new suspension and such.

Ok, update:

Looks like Loch Lomond is probably the winner. This will be the kids' (ages 4 and 1) first offroad trip, so we need to hit something not too far from the highway and not too technical in case one or both of them has/becomes a problem and we have to bail. As much as I'd love to hit something harder, it looks like I'll have to wait for another trip for that.

Our day is going to be Thursday September 10. I'm thinking we head up in the morning, have a picnic around noonish at the lake, and then pack up and head back home. Pretty low-key.

Anyway, I'd love the chance to see some of you. Let me know if you can make it!
