So I posted a few weeks back that I had broken something in my front diff while out wheeling.
Basically, I was climbing a ledge, the front driver tire came off the ground under throttle and then slammed back down and popped quite loudly. After that, every time I would put any load on it in 4wd, it would click and pop. Drove it 30 miles home, pulled the plug and determined by the chunks of teeth that came out that I needed a new front diff.
I got everything replaced 2 weekends ago and finally got the time to tear apart the old one. Here is what I found :crybaby:
