DFW October 2015 Meet & Greet

I have been organizing the DFW Meet & Greets since 2007 and was doing most of that from the FJ Cruiser forum. Both the wife and I sold our FJ's. I was in a Rubicon for about 2 years and really enjoyed the front solid axle, half doors and the ability to take the top off. Decided to come back to the Toyota family for the quality and long term reliability. Recently purchased a 4Runner and looking to start having the Meet & Greets on a regular basis.

Mark your calendars for Saturday October 24th at 10:45 am. We can hang out briefly in the parking lot before they open at 11 am. After eating we can head back out into the parking lot to walk off the feast and talk truck.

They have excellent food, a meeting room and BYOB for those who want to consume an adult beverage. The "all you can eat/self serve" option eliminates having to deal with ordering and waiting for food. I have held many M&G's at this location and they have been very accommodating.

I look forward to seeing some old friends and especially welcoming some of the new folks.

Please post up if you plan to attend and indicate how many will be in your party. All make and model 4x4's are welcome.

Looks like lots of rain in the forecast. Hopefully we will get a break in the precipitation so that we can check out all the rigs.

For those who have not attended a M&G at this location...

We generally hangout in the parking lot and checkout rigs until the doors open at 11. The rain might hinder that, but keeping fingers crossed. After eating and making a few announcements we usually head back out to the parking lot.

Once inside we will be in the large party room. Grab your grub and head to the back right hand side of the restaurant.

Dang I missed this! Hey Wilson, I actually attended the M&G in 2012 and rode in your FJ that day at BP. That was before I picked up my 4Runner (my brother has an FJ), I'll be sure to make it out next time!
