diff drop 1" or 2"

decided i need a diff drop, have 2.5" front lift and it needs it. will upgrade to TRD and spacer lift after a bit to run 35" better. but i dont think a 1" diff drop is good enough and really wanting a 2" because that seems to be better imo beings its close to stock. anyone know where to find a 2"?

i have been looking for 2 days on stuff. have heard in threads of people saying they have 2" drops from yotatch and sonoran steel, at one time, and heard of 1.5" drop but cant find them from a legit looking sight.

No such thing as a 2" diff drop. Not even possible on these trucks.

Because the diff will hit the crossmember at about 1.25" of drop and that doesn't leave any room to move. And the diff is mounted in rubber so it needs room to move.

i didnt say i found one, obviously. i said i found people saying they had one. just checking to see if its true beings I CANT FIND ONE. just seeing if you can do it at all. if a 1" is all that can be done and thats good enough for a 3" lift then thats what will be done.

The Tapered sonoran steel diff drop is sufficient for a 3" lift.

Im really not sure. I know the SS is tapered, not sure if the toytec is tapered. But its a very simple kit. It just has longer bolts and spacers, either one will work.

Toytec is not tapered. Its fine though, it doesnt need to be and mine is perfectly fine

There are 5" and 6" diff drops. They are done all the time.
