Diff Lock Question

Hey all, I took my 4Runner to get a detailing shop but when I got it at the end of the day I noticed that the diff lock button is pushed and the 4wd lever is at the 2wd position, will there be any damage done to the drivetrain?

No. It won't engage in 2Hi or 4Hi. Zero chance of damage.

They probably pushed it accidentally as they wiped down the upper console area.

No. Diff won't lock in 2wd

nope.. it will only lock the diff in 4Lo from the factory.
