Difference between 99 sport and 98 limited

Im thinking about buying either a 98 limited or 99 sport for snow plowing. The plow dealership says that for the snoway plow that there are two different mounting kits? Did they change the frame after 98 or is the 99 sport just different?

wHY DO YOU WANT A 4r FOR SNOW PLOWING? IT IS A GREAT VEHICLE BUT YOU WILL DESTROY THE FRONT END OF ANY SUV WITH A SNOW PLOW. JUST WONDERING WHY YOU DON'T GET THE 4R AND THEN BUY AN OLD PICKUP FOR YOUR PLOW TRUCK?

There were quite a few upgrades in 99, including a new front bumper, new grill treatment and new head lamps.

If you haven't bought yet, the 99 models have made quite a few changes in quite a few areas, some in safety and some in cosmetics including changing the dreaded cup holder location.
