Spacers, Shocks, springs and those suspension modifications are called a Lift Kit or Leveling Kit depending on how it function and "What Is your Purpose" of installing them in your vehicle.
If you do suspension modifications inorder to raise your vehicle, then you are Lifting it. Lift Kits can be strut extension spacers, taller shocks and springs for front and rear.
For newer model trucks and SUVs that have the Rake or the front is lower than the rear and spacers are installed to raise the front, then the spacer now serves as a "Leveling Lift" ...The front is lifted to level the stance.
Leveling Kits are not always Lifts, for example, if the front is lower than the rear, you can change the rear shocks and springs to shorter ones, so lowering the rear to make it level to the front.
I've seen Tundras 4 inches from the ground, yet it look leveled :biggrin2:
