Difference in 97 and 99-02 front end

Okay, so i have a 97 4runner. I see the 99-02s all the time and theres differences in the front end. I know the bumper, headlights and grill are different.
Is the hood different? What about the quarter panels?

I know this is an ongoing topic, but i need clarification because i hear so many different things. Debating on swapping out the front of mine and would like to see what all i need to get to do it.

Fenders are the same and the hoods are the same unless its a sport (which has an awesome hood scoop) :hungry: but other than that i have a 98 limited with a 2002 sport grill and my bumpers off till my ARB comes in :hatsoff:

p.s. the qrt's are the same as well. nothing changed on the body except some of the add on flares and the bumpers and the garnishes on the tail gate and emblem locations.

Another minor difference, the headlights were slightly revised on the later models. The glass is more transparent, more modern looking.
