difference in engines?

is there any difference in the 2005 vvt-i v6 compared to the 2005 regular v6. i ordered a k&n intake but i wasnt sure if it fit both the 2005 and the 2003 engine

there's no difference in any of the v-6's. they're all vvt-i. the 2005 just has a 5spd tranny. the 03-04 has a 4spd.
