digital climate control question....

so ive seen very few pictures of the digital climate control units in what i believe to be limited model. i have a 2001 sr5 and im wondering if these units are on the market for purchase, or even if they are a direct replacement for the stock climate control units.

From what I've heard they are not direct replacements and cost over $700 from the dealer.

well ive seem to have found a few at wreckers across the nation for in the 200's range. and i wonder what wiring needs to be different to accept this
